My independent study this previous semester was with graphic design professor Ron Smith. Two other students (1 copywriter & 2 art directors) and I worked in a team to create a full creative campaign for Amtrak.

We began the campaign by spending a few weeks researching the brand. After we gathered research, we then drafted a strategy, created a target audience, and proposed a creative “big idea”.

My team and I were critiqued by three PSU alumni throughout our creative process. Each of these critiques provided us with much needed clarity from an outside perspective. Taking into consideration the feedback from Professor Smith and the other alumni, my team produced a creative campaign for our client, Amtrak.

FINAL DELIVERABLES: 5 illustration-based posters, 2 30-second Hulu ads, and 1 OOH execution
